Thoughtful things,
built with care.
I'm a platform and engineering leader, and Kite & Rail is where I partner with teams on fractional leadership, web and platform builds, and a few projects of my own on the side.
01A short note
Long before the web ran everything, I was building on it, and the joy of making something work and watching it come to life hasn't worn off. Most of the last 15 years went into leading digital platforms and the teams behind them, most recently a $5M portfolio across global consumer brands at Kimberly-Clark. At my best, I turn aging, tangled platforms into something a team can actually build on, fluent enough in the technical detail to earn my engineers' trust and senior enough to lead the org and roadmap around it. I'm on the Maine coast now, building independently and open to the right opportunity, whether that's a team to join or one to help part-time.
